Meet the Incentra leadership team

David Chittock, CRP - President

David founded Incentra 20 years ago to help large organizations use rewards and recognition more strategically to drive business goals. David builds long-term client relationships that deliver successful, technology-driven solutions that improve employee and sales channel engagement and performance year in and year out.

Prior to founding Incentra, David had a successful sales career at Eastman Kodak and Jostens. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Miami University.

David is a Certified Recognition Professional® (CRP), with training in recognition best practices and producing measurable results for Incentra’s clients.

In his spare time, David loves fly fishing, reading, spending time with his wife and five sons who are scattered across the U.S., and helping out at his church.

David finds great satisfaction when clients become heroes in their organizations due to the successful implementation of Incentra’s employee recognition and sales channel incentive programs.

Shaela Cooper - Program Management Director

As Program Management Director, Shaela leads Incentra’s employee recognition clients to increased employee engagement and sales incentive clients to greater sales growth and customer loyalty.

Shaela has been with Incentra for 10 years, starting as an office assistant and quickly moving into her current position. Prior to moving to Cleveland, Shaela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

In her spare time, Shaela enjoys indoor and outdoor rock climbing, as well as spending time with her fiancé and two dogs.

Shaela is passionate about partnering with Incentra’s clients to develop programs that continually convey to employees how appreciated and highly valued they are in their workplace.

Betsy Andrasik - Controller

Betsy has been with Incentra for 20 years. She manages all financial aspects of the business including billing, financial reporting, accounts payable, and financial forecasting.

Before coming to Incentra, Betsy owned her own bookkeeping and accounting business, managing up to 17 clients at one time. She graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in fine arts and a minor in business.

Betsy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Betsy says helping businesses meet their financial goals is the most rewarding part of her job.

Vicki Hiney - Director, Marketing

Vicki manages all of Incentra’s marketing and communications programs. She also works with clients, helping them create and implement internal communication plans that promote recognition and sales channel incentive program adoption and manager engagement.

Vicki has been with Incentra for almost three years. Prior to that, she worked for other B2B companies over the past 25 years, gaining expertise in developing and executing marketing and communications campaigns that get results.

As a lifelong Clevelander, Vicki earned her Master of Arts degree in Communications Management from John Carroll University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University.

In her free time, Vicki enjoys volunteering at her kids’ schools and spending time with her family.

Vicki is inspired and motivated to be involved with projects that add meaning to people’s lives. She enjoys helping companies improve their employees’ performance while also helping organizations reach their overall goals.

Nancy Crouse - Program Management

Nancy has been with Incentra for 24 years. She implements and manages Service Award and Incentive Award programs.

When she’s not working, Nancy enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Nancy’s goal is to not just meet clients’ expectations, but to exceed their expectations with a program that shows how much their employees and salespeople are appreciated for what they do for their company.
